The Active Lifestyles component will help individuals obtain knowledge that will allow them to take ownership of their physical wellbeing through meaningful fitness-related discussions and engaging in physical activity that is appropriate for their fitness level. By the end of this component participants should have enough knowledge to develop a personal Action Plan that will enable them to enjoy an active lifestyle that will contribute to their overall personal wellness.
